We may collect account details, profile information, project descriptions, uploaded documents, answers to confirmation questions, generated deliverables, billing records, support communications and technical information such as device, browser, IP address and usage events.
How we use information
- Provide, secure and improve the NarrativePlan service.
- Extract and organize project facts, identify gaps and generate the products selected by the user.
- Process payments, apply plan allowances and prevent misuse.
- Respond to support requests and send service-related notices.
- Measure website performance and understand which pages lead to product use.
- Meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
Project documents and AI processing
Uploaded material may be processed by contracted infrastructure and AI service providers solely to operate the requested workflow. NarrativePlan does not sell project documents or use confidential client documents as public samples without authorization. Users should upload only material they are authorized to provide.
Service providers
NarrativePlan uses specialized providers for hosting, database and file storage, identity, payment processing, email, security and AI processing. These providers receive only the information reasonably required for their role and process it under their own contractual and privacy obligations.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Users may request deletion of an account or project, subject to billing, security, backup and legal-retention requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside the user’s province or country. Information may therefore be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is processed.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also limit optional communications and browser analytics through available controls.
