Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and be authorized to provide all project material. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
The service
NarrativePlan organizes supplied information, performs research, develops assumptions and produces selected business-planning products. Outputs depend on the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the available information and on the intended use identified for the project.
Client responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated products, confirming factual accuracy and obtaining any legal, tax, immigration, engineering, accounting, lending or investment advice needed for your circumstances. Do not rely on NarrativePlan as the sole basis for a regulated, financial or legal decision.
No approval or outcome guarantee
NarrativePlan does not make lending, investment, grant, immigration or regulatory decisions and does not guarantee financing, fundraising, approval, commercial performance or any other outcome.
Products, previews and downloads
Current products, packages, preview terms and prices are shown on the Pricing page and during checkout. A free preview is not a transfer of the downloadable product. A licence to use the completed document begins when the applicable download or package payment is completed.
Payment and taxes
Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; NarrativePlan does not store complete payment-card details.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in the source materials you provide. Subject to payment, you may use and edit the completed deliverables for the project’s business purpose. NarrativePlan retains rights in its software, workflow, prompts, templates, quality system, methods and general know-how. Confidential client content will not be published as a sample without authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, misrepresent identity or evidence, distribute malware, probe security, interfere with other users or reverse engineer protected service components.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features for maintenance, security or product reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption to paid work in progress.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every output will be error-free or suitable for every decision. HSHS Business Consulting Ltd.’s aggregate liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in another jurisdiction.
